Grassland 180 x 22mm Conical Flap Discs, Aluminium Oxide - Fibre Backed P40
High performance alternative to sanding discs with the advantage over depressed centre grinding discs on light gauge sheet metal where surface finish is important.
The Alumina paper is highly heat resistant because of its vulcanized multi-layered fiber backing. It is ideal for the rapid and clean removal of spurs and sprues and other unwanted material. and excellent for the flattening, smoothing and blending of welds.
Mass industrial fabrication, Custom Builds, Auto, Nautical, Furniture and Construction applications all benefit from Grassland abrasives.
Overlapped abrasive strips slowly wear away revealing fresh abrasive, ensuring the disc always cuts effectively, reducing clogging and providing constant finish throughout disc life.
No backing pads needed. Safe to use at 80m/s on any grinder.
